Below are our Terms of Service, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it’s our aim to always take care of you, as a member of our community.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Memorigi Web and the Memorigi mobile applications (the "Service") operated by Memorigi ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and Subscriptions are subject to the payment terms and conditions of the mobile platform (e.g., Google’s Android OS, Apple’s OS) from which you make your purchase. Memorigi does not control or manage the payment process; please review the relevant terms and conditions with the applicable platform provider before making any In-App Purchases.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscribing to one of the different Service plans gives you access to the subscription benefits for that plan for the duration specified by the application. At the end of the period, you will be charged the price of the first period of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to any subscription privileges.


Price Changes

Memorigi reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Memorigi's website.


Indemnity

You agree to release, indemnify and hold Memorigi harmless from any and against all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service, Your connection to the Service, Your violation of these Terms or Your violation of any rights of another.


Privacy Policy

Memorigi respects Your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about You. Please read our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, for more information about how we collect and use personal and non-personal data in relations to Our Products and Services.


Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Memorigi.

Memorigi has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Memorigi shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


Inactive Accounts

Accounts are automatically scheduled for deletion after one year of inactivity. Once deleted you'll not be able to recover any of the data previously stored on it. You can avoid this process by signing into the app before the inactivity period is due.


Refunds

Monthly and bi-yearly payments are unfortunately not refundable on cancellation. If you cancel your yearly Premium plan within 30 days of purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. To get a refund please follow these instructions:

  • Purchased via our website - Please submit your order number to support@memorigi.com. You’ll receive your refund in 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Purchased via Google Play Store - First cancel the subscription on your Play Store app. Then please submit your Play Store order number to support@memorigi.com. You’ll receive your refund in 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Purchased via App Store - Please send your refund request directly to Apple. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow developers to process refunds for payments made via the App Store.

Feedback

You agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Service ("Submissions"), provided by You to Memorigi are non-confidential and Memorigi will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to You.


Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
